MOX provides services of bond issuance, listing, registration, custody, trading and settlement since its establishment in 2018. As a financial infrastructure in Macau, MOX actively promotes the development of the local bond market and push forward Macau’s diversified economy and sustainable development.

1 We are committed to works closely with all market participants to establish an effective ESG product information disclosure mechanism, and promote the innovation of more green financial products and services in Macau through international green finance cooperation under the background of carbon neutrality.

2 We are dedicated to drive the green and sustainable finance agenda in Macau by providing an environment for bonds with clear green, social, sustainable, or ESG characteristics first.

3 Our platform helps issuers increase the visibility and awareness of their financial products that meet certain sustainable and green standards, and provides investors with easy access to information of Green and Sustainable Financial products in the Macau market for investment decisions.

How to List Green ,Sustainability and Social Bonds on MOX

Green, Sustainability and Social Bonds for Platform inclusion must first be listed on MOX in accordance with the MOX Listing Rules(Provisional) and fulfill the listing application procedures. Further details of listing of debt securities on MOX, please contact us:esg@cmox.mo

Submit the listing application to MOX

Designate the classification of the Bonds to be displayed (i.e. sustainability, green or social) and state the standard or principles that the Bonds adhere to

Submit a copy of the Bonds framework or external review of the Bonds which usually includes use of proceeds, projects selection, management of proceeds, and reporting

Commitment to ongoing reporting
